Tools are provided "as is"

BuzzKit's tools are provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep every tool working correctly across common browsers, but we cannot guarantee a specific result, output quality, or that a tool will work flawlessly with every file, browser version, or device.

Keep a backup of your original files

Always keep a copy of your original file before editing it. Because processing happens locally in your browser, an unexpected browser crash, tab closure, or memory limit could interrupt a job partway through — there is no server-side copy of your file to fall back on.

About the background removal tool specifically

The Image Background Remover uses a deterministic, explainable technique — color-distance masking — rather than a generative AI model. It is well suited to subjects photographed against a plain backdrop. It is not guaranteed to produce a clean result on busy, highly detailed, or textured backgrounds. Review the result before relying on it.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and use any image or video you process with these tools.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, professional, or technical advice. If you need to guarantee a specific outcome for business-critical or legal purposes, verify results independently or consult an appropriate professional.

Third-party libraries

Several tools rely on open-source third-party libraries (ffmpeg.wasm, pdf-lib, pdf.js, gif.js) loaded from public content delivery networks. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on those external services that might temporarily affect a tool's availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzKit and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, any tool on this site, including loss of data, files, or time.
